Job description
Duties:
Lead and manage the guiding team.
Maintain the highest standards of guiding and guest safety.
Ensure compliance with all guiding protocols and radio procedures.
Promote the conservation values and standards of the property.
Conduct game drives and other guest activities.

Requirements:
Minimum FGASA Level 1 qualification.
Relevant practical guiding qualifications
At least 4+ years previous experience in a Senior Guide position will be advantageous.
Big Five guiding experience.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
A strong commitment to conservation and guest safety.
A professional, respectful and team-focused approach.
