Job description
What we are looking for
* Relevant HR degree or diploma.
* Minimum of five years’ HR generalist experience.
* Strong knowledge and practical experience in IR/ER.
* Experience in manufacturing, food production, abattoir operations or another industrial environment is advantageous.
* Up-to-date knowledge of South African labour legislation.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and administrative skills.
* A self-starter who can work independently and engage effectively with employees at all levels.
