Key Responsibilities: * Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and management. * Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers and exits. * Coordinate recruitment processes and assist with sourcing and interviewing candidates. * Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems. * Assist with employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policies and applicable legislation. * Support performance management, training and employee development initiatives. * Monitor attendance, leave and HR-related administration. * Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration and monthly HR reporting. * Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation and relevant hospitality requirements. * Promote employee engagement, wellness and a positive workplace culture. * Provide support during internal and external audits and HR projects. Minimum Requirements: * Matric / Grade 12. * Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. * Minimum 2-3 years' HR Generalist experience, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment. * Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices. * Experience with HR and payroll systems. * Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. * Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally. * IR experience .
