* SA Citizens
* Matric / Grade 12 qualification
* At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial position within a upmarket restaurant
* Computer literate and familiar working POS systems
* Friendly, outgoing personality
* Strong experience in Food and Beverage service
* Can work in a highly pressurised environment
* Very well presented and well groomed
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
* Have reliable transport
* Currently based in Cape Town and available to attend interviews in person only
