Job description

Requirements: * Have a good understanding of business functions such as human resources, finance, sales and marketing, revenue management, and hotel operations, both F&B and Rooms Division * Are competent in strategic planning and have proven leadership abilities. * Are able to clearly demonstrate problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines. * Are a team player, coach, and mentor to colleagues where necessary and able to work in a multi-cultural environment. * Able to provide innovative ideas and have an excellent understanding of budgets and finances from an operational perspective. * Have a passion for Hospitality, with the drive to provide extraordinary experiences * Have a tertiary qualification in Hospitality with 5 – 7 years of experience as Hotel Operations Manager, or General Manager with proven experience using Opera, Micros, and Microsoft Office. * Open to SA citizens only * Must reside in Cape Town Karen Tupper Recruitment Recruiter
