Position: Dispatch Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the dispatch team
* Ensure efficient and timely delivery of stock
* Respond to emergencies and urgent deliveries
* Plan, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate Dispatch Department operations and budget
* Identify opportunities for warehouse operation improvements
* Manage staff, resources, and communication to optimize performance
* Build and maintain internal staff and customer relations
* Perform supervisory duties
