KEY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have practical experience in:
* Logistics / freight billing and settlement
* AR/AP processing and reconciliation
* Customer invoicing and supplier invoice verification
* Rate and cost verification
* Job costing and profitability tracking
* Billing discrepancies and query resolution
* International freight forwarding
* Sea and air freight
* Imports and exports
* Full shipment lifecycle management
* Shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents and transporters
* Customs clearance coordination
* Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB) and other shipping documentation
* Shipment tracking and customer updates
* SAP and strong Excel skills would be highly advantageous
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You are highly accurate, analytical and organised, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment, managing multiple transactions and shipments while meeting strict deadlines.
Important: This is not a general Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bookkeeping or finance administration position.
Previous hands-on experience within freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, 3PL, transport or supply chain is important.
