Job description
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage installation projects from start to completion.
* Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
* Coordinate technicians, site supervisors, contractors and suppliers.
* Monitor progress, costs, quality and deadlines.
* Manage risks, delays and changes in project scope.
* Conduct site visits and attend project meetings.
* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
* Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
* Ensure compliance with contracts, safety and technical standards.
* Resolve project challenges and escalate major risks.
Requirements:
* Grade 12 with technical or business-related subjects.
* Relevant Project Management qualification preferred.
* At least two years’ relevant project management experience, or five years’ senior project management experience without a formal qualification.
* Experience in fire detection, fire suppression, security systems or technical installations.
* Valid driver’s license.
* SAQCC registration is advantageous.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
* Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and client-management ability.
* Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
