Finance/Accounting - Other Finance/Accounting Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Job Description: * Take ownership of the full accounting and financial management function * Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning * Ensure adherence to IFRS standards, taxation legislation, statutory regulations, and audit requirements * Enhance and maintain robust financial controls, systems, and operational processes * Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate year-end reporting activities * Collaborate with executive management to provide financial insights that support strategic business decisions * Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and strengthen business performance * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team * Monitor and manage working capital, procurement, and capital investment processes Skills & Experience: * Minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior finance or financial management position * Strong technical expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls * Demonstrated experience managing audits, tax compliance, budgeting, and forecasting processes * Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities * Strong analytical capability with sound commercial judgement * Previous experience within FMCG, logistics, warehousing, cold storage, or similar sectors will be advantageous * Exposure to Sage X3 or a comparable ERP system is beneficial Qualification: * CA(SA) qualification Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.     Connect with us on www.communicate.co.za and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.   Let us assist you with your career.
