Premium Ad Management - Other Management Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary A prestigious private estate is seeking an experienced and dedicated Estate Garden Manager to lead the upkeep and operations of all external grounds. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all gardens, grounds, and outside estate areas. * Direct, lead, and supervise an established team of 14 garden staff. * Manage water resource systems, irrigation, and overall property water management. * Coordinate and oversee all external maintenance activities, ensuring the highest standards across the entire exterior property (excluding interior residential maintenance). Requirements * Proven experience in a senior horticultural, estate management, or head gardener role. * Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of directing ground staff. * Comprehensive knowledge of South African flora, landscaping, and exterior property maintenance. * Solid experience in water management and irrigation systems. * Strong organizational, planning, and communication abilities.
