Job description
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, count, and verify incoming stock against delivery notes and supplier invoices
* Maintain accurate inventory records on the Evolution system
* Capture and monitor inventory movements within the stock management system
* Assist with regular stock takes and cycle counts
* Liaise closely with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure stock accuracy
* Investigate and report stock discrepancies and variances
* Issue stock to relevant departments and maintain supporting records
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an inventory control role within a manufacturing environment
* Experience working on the Evolution accounting system
* Basic understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs)
* Sound knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock documentation
