Key Responsibilities: * Manage customer support via live chat and product demos. * Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through account management. * Conduct proactive sales outreach (leveraging a contact list of 50,000 leads). * Follow up on invoicing and payments. * Provide insights into sales strategies and improvements.
