Job description
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Fleet Maintenance & Repairs: Perform extensive hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance on heavy commercial trucks, engines, gearboxes, brakes, air systems, and suspensions.
* Trailer & Axle Servicing: Execute comprehensive maintenance and repairs on trailer components, specializing in air suspension axles.
* Diagnostics & Fault Finding: Accurately troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing diagnostic equipment to minimize fleet downtime.
* Auto-Electrical Work: Identify and repair auto-electrical faults across vehicles and trailers.
* Breakdown Response: Attend to roadside breakdowns in the surrounding regions and perform efficient field service repairs when required.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all workshop and field repairs meet strict safety, operational, and regulatory standards
Remuneration & Benefits
