Education: * BEng or BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering Job Experience & Skills Required: * 2+ years' relevant Process Engineering experience. * Experience within manufacturing, mining, minerals processing, chemical processing, petrochemical, food & beverage or similar industrial environments. * Strong understanding of process optimisation, process control and continuous improvement. * Experience with mass and energy balances, process calculations and equipment sizing. * Ability to interpret and develop PFDs and P&IDs. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience conducting root-cause investigations and process improvement initiatives. * Good understanding of production processes, plant equipment and operational constraints. * Strong data-analysis and reporting capabilities. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams. * Strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency and operational performance.
