Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Escort clients to meeting rooms and ensure they are comfortable
Offer refreshments (tea/coffee/water) and maintain a hospitable environment
Ensure reception and meeting areas are clean, organised, and presentable
Communication & Switchboard Support
Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them appropriately
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
Provide backup support for switchboard operations
Administrative Support
Assist managers with basic administrative tasks when required
Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
Coordinate small office tasks (couriers, deliveries, basic supplies)
Client Experience & Well-being
Create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff
Anticipate client needs and proactively assist
Support managers by ensuring clients feel comfortable and well taken care of
