This junior-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional with a strong background in the short-term insurance industry. *(This role would include benefits such as Medical Aid, Provident fund which are up to candidate to decide on)* Key Responsibilities: * Adviser Support: Manage the Adviser’s diary by arranging appointments with clients and prospects. * Client Coordination: Greet guests upon arrival and act as the primary point of contact for redirecting calls and relaying messages. * Administrative Management: Prepare prospective client files, handle expenses, and manage all incoming/outgoing mail. * Policy Administration: Assist with policy amendments and the preparation of renewals. * Office Logistics: Provide general office management and administration to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Requirements: * Education: Grade 12 (Matric) and a valid RE 5 Certificate. * Experience: 3–5 years of relevant short-term insurance experience.
