What you will do * Perform preventive maintenance activities on ATNS CNS equipment and systems according to LSP, station instructions, and manufacturer recommendations. * Ensure maintenance of site buildings, roads, grass cutting, fencing, antenna masts, terrestrial communications, and power supply to ATNS standards. * Perform "I" Level corrective fault diagnosis down to module LRU level and corrective maintenance through module LRU replacement. * Perform "O" Level restoration of service by reconfiguration and/or changeover using supervisor positions and RCMMS. * Perform "D" Level corrective maintenance where applicable as per ATNS support policy. * Conduct "O" and "I" Level system performance analysis using supervisor positions, RCMMS, specialized test equipment, and Computer Based Maintenance Management Systems (CBMMS). * Draft useful, informative, and concise technical reports on systems and equipment, and capture data on the CBMMS. * Ensure compliance with ATNS ISO 9002 procedures, SACAA, ICAO recommendations, and the ATNS OH&S plan. * Liaise with Air Traffic Control (ATC) and peers, and external clients. * Become proficient in "O" level support of all Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance systems and equipment at your Centre. * Become proficient in "O" level support of all support systems and equipment (UPS, air-conditioning, stand-by power, fire protection, and alarm systems) at your Centre. * Develop an understanding and proficiency in RCMMS methods for evaluating system and equipment performance. * Become proficient in the use of specialized test, monitoring, and B.I.T.E equipment and testing methods. * Comply with station stores and equipment LSP stores procedures. * Comply with ATNS transport procedures. * Become proficient in the day-to-day Human Resources Management requirements of the Centre and live company values.
