Senior People Specialist ------------------------ * Job Type Full Time * Qualification * Experience * Location Gauteng * City Johannesburg * Job Field Human Resources / HR Role: People & Capability (P&C) * Working as part of the P&C Business Partner Team, accountable for human resources management in support of our Africa Division * Partners closely with business leaders to implement our People and Capability Strategy * Partners with specialized Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Mobility, Employee Relations), and the People Business Partner team to ensure processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and effectively developed * Develops and Applies knowledge of local laws and regulations to provide high-touch, employee–facing support in the areas of talent management, employee relations, total rewards, recruitment and development * Supports the People Business Partner Team to implement HR strategies and talent initiatives for a function or local market. This may include involvement in Talent planning, Leadership development, Performance management, Rewards/Compensation planning and change-management processes. * Involved in the delivery of HR projects and programs, working closely with the People and Capability team and engaging with business stakeholders. * Participates in the day-to-day delivery of local human resource operations and engages with employees to support on regional P&C inquiries * Involvement in data collection and reporting to apply quantitative and qualitative data to process improvement and development All about you: Key Competencies and Experience * Experience managing and ensuring timely delivery of P&C projects and programs (e.g., onboarding, year-end compensation planning, training and development * Experience building and maintaining relationships with employees and managers across business functions and within a market.
