Learnership Application Closing Date: 07 October 2026 Learnership Location: Centurion, Gauteng and Secunda, Mpumalanga, South Africa Monthly Allowance: R6,000 About the iMas Insurance Learnership Programme iMas Insurance Brokers is offering a 12-month Insurance Learnership Programme for unemployed candidates who want to build careers in the insurance industry. The programme combines structured theoretical training with practical workplace exposure, coaching and mentoring. Successful learners can gain experience in areas such as Sales and Administration within the insurance environment and work towards an NQF Level 4 Insurance Qualification. Programme Benefits Successful candidates will receive: * Practical experience in Sales and/or Administration. * Exposure to Long-Term and Short-Term Insurance. * Structured theoretical training. * On-the-job coaching and mentoring. * A 12-month fixed-term contract. * A monthly allowance of R6,000. * Opportunity to obtain an NQF Level 4 Insurance Qualification. Available Learnership Opportunities Long-Term Insurance Learnership – Centurion This opportunity is based in Centurion and is aimed at candidates interested in building a career in Long-Term Insurance. Short-Term Insurance Learnership – Centurion This opportunity is also based in Centurion and focuses on the Short-Term Insurance environment. Long-Term Insurance Learnership – Secunda This opportunity is based in Secunda and is aimed at candidates interested in Long-Term Insurance.
