    Duties: Brand Management: Develop, maintain and strengthen the brand identity. Understand what makes the property different and communicate this effectively to the target market. Ensure that all marketing and promotional material reflects the brand, standards and values. Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers. Ensure consistency across all marketing platforms and customer touchpoints. Marketing & Social Media: Develop and implement a marketing strategy. Manage social media platforms and online presence. Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms. Plan and manage a regular content calendar. Promote restaurants, functions, weddings, accommodation, events, special occasions, deli, and clothing shop. Identify current marketing trends and opportunities relevant to the hospitality industry. Monitor social media engagement and marketing performance. Develop creative campaigns and promotions to increase bookings and sales. Content Creation & Photography: Take high-quality photographs and videos of the property, its facilities, food, events, weddings, staff and guest experiences. Create original content rather than relying solely on external photographers or agencies. Capture content during functions, special events and important moments. Edit photographs and videos where required. Maintain an organised library of current, high-quality marketing content. Have an eye for detail, presentation, lighting and what photographs well. Hospitality & Events: Attend and assist at functions, weddings, events and promotional activities where required. Be actively involved in capturing and promoting live events. Work closely with the restaurant, events, wedding and management teams. Understand the hospitality environment and the importance of guest experience. Be willing to work outside of normal office hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required. Marketing Opportunities: Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations and local promotions. Build relationships with relevant suppliers, influencers, businesses, tourism organisations and other industry partners. Identify opportunities to promote to new markets. Assist with promotional material, campaigns, events and marketing initiatives. Keep up to date with hospitality, tourism and marketing trends. Requirements: Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management or a related field Proven experience in a Marketing / Brand Management position. Previous experience in the Hospitality is essential. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing. Experience in content creation, photography and video. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Own reliable transport will be advantageous. A valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
