Key Responsibilities:
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable automotive parts
* Provide accurate product information (specifications, features, and benefits)
* Process sales orders and ensure correct parts selection and timely fulfilment

* Handle customer queries and provide professional after-sales support

Requirements:
* Matric / Grade 12
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Salesperson (auto parts industry a must)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
