Client Care Consultant x 4 (Pretoria - MONTANA)

Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and support platforms in a professional and timely manner * Accurately capture and update customer information on internal systems * Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex queries * Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and shift schedules Minimum Requirements * Previous experience in a customer care / call centre environment advantageous * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong computer literacy and system navigation skills * Experience with customer support platforms advantageous: + Freshdesk *(preferred)* + Zendesk + Zoho Desk + Help Scout + Intercom * Basic mathematical skills * Ability and willingness to work shifts * Professional and client-centric approach Competencies * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Strong organisational and time management skills * Team player with a proactive attitude Techbridge Recruitment Recruiter
