Key Requirements
* Grade 12 (Matric) essential.
* Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or picking/packing environment.
* Experience using handheld scanning devices (RF scanners) is essential.
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail when picking and packing orders.
* Physically fit and able to stand, walk and lift throughout the working day.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
* Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high productivity standards.
* Understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanning devices.
* Pack orders according to company quality standards.
* Verify product quantities, sizes and descriptions before dispatch.
* Assist with stock control, replenishment and cycle counts when required.
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
* Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
* Report damaged stock, shortages or discrepancies immediately.
* Follow all warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
