Sales/Marketing - Insurance Sales/Marketing Gauteng FULL TIME R550 000,00 - R600,00 (PER YEAR) Approx Monthly Salary: R45 833,00 - R50,00 Job Summary What you'll be doing * Provide technical support to the sales team across medical aid, health insurance, wellness and EAP solutions. * Understand client requirements, employee demographics and existing benefit structures. * Analyse and compare healthcare benefits, providers, pricing, networks and service models. * Assist with developing tailored healthcare and wellness solutions. * Prepare professional client presentations, proposals, benefit comparisons and recommendations. * Translate complex healthcare information into clear, practical and commercially relevant messaging. * Support client meetings and confidently respond to technical questions and objections. * Conduct market research and benchmarking across medical aid, health insurance and wellness solutions. * Support opportunities throughout the sales process, from qualification and analysis through to presentation, close and handover. * Assist with wellness proposals, activation plans and client engagement initiatives. * Identify opportunities to introduce additional wellness and EAP solutions to existing clients. * Support healthcare-related tenders and proposals for large corporate and public-sector clients where required. * Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all relevant opportunity documentation is up to date.
