Job description
What you’ll own
* Balance Sheet integrity, reconciliations and month-end close
* Financial controls, processes and reporting
* Identifying and addressing gaps, risks and opportunities to improve
* Statutory, tax and SARS requirements
* External audit and year-end requirements
* Stock, COGS and revenue-related reviews
* Cash flow and financial oversight
* Working closely with the GM and international finance team
What you’ll bring
* Strong financial accounting and control experience
* Relevant accounting qualification; CA(SA) or CIMA advantageous
* Solid IFRS, tax and statutory knowledge
* Proven experience improving finance processes and controls
* Strong Balance Sheet and audit experience
* Confidence to challenge, investigate and make recommendations
* FMCG, manufacturing or stock-based experience advantageous
Johannesburg North
3 days per week | 6-month contract
