Position Overview * Role Type: Part-Time (approx. 20 hours per week) * Location / Schedule: Remote (U.S. Time Zone overlap required) * Working Hours: Day-to-day execution aligns with U.S. market rhythms (Eastern Time). * Team Overlap Window: Mondays–Wednesdays 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM EST (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM EET); Thursdays & Fridays 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM EST (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM EET). We are looking for an AI-Native Growth Marketer to own the day-to-day execution and organic growth of Revenue Identity through Elena’s brand persona. This is a hands-on execution role—not an advisory position. You will own the daily management, content deployment, and organic engagement across Elena’s social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, KIT Creator Profile, and Web). You will operate an established AI content creation stack (Notion, n8n, Claude, HeyGen) to maintain consistent, authentic daily interactions, build genuine trust with our audience, and drive conversions to paid subscriptions and trial sign-ups. Key Responsibilities (Ownership & Execution) * Brand Persona Execution: Manage and publish content daily as Elena across Instagram, LinkedIn, KIT, and other core channels, maintaining a warm, authentic, and financially confident voice. * Organic Community Engagement: Proactively engage in daily, non-scripted, genuine conversations with target audience members through DMs, comments, and outreach to build trust and brand affinity. * AI Tool System Operations: Operate and direct our AI-assisted workflow system (Notion, n8n, Claude, HeyGen) to efficiently produce, schedule, and optimize daily content assets. * Creator Collaborations: Proactively identify and establish organic collaboration opportunities with other creators and brand-led communities in the women's entrepreneurship space. * Funnel & Trial Conversion: Guide engaged community members from organic interactions toward trying the Revenue Identity Mentor and converting them into paying subscribers. * Data-Driven Feedback: Track content performance and conversation metrics, delivering monthly actionable insights on what drives paid conversions to optimize our organic funnel. Qualifications & Requirements * 3 years B2C & Subscription Experience: Proven track record in B2C subscription models, info-products, or community-based digital businesses (experience targeting U.S. women entrepreneurs highly preferred). * Character/Brand-Led Experience: Experience running, growing, or engaging audiences through brand-led or character-led social media accounts (rather than pure founder-led or corporate pages). * AI-Native Workflow Proficiency (Required): Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation systems (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, HeyGen, Notion AI, n8n) to direct content creation and optimize workflows. * Organic-First Growth Track Record: Deep expertise in organic social growth, community building, and 1-to-1 social selling via authentic engagement (DMs, comments, community discussions). * Execution Focus: A high-ownership mindset. You take full responsibility for daily execution and keeping channel activity consistent and punctual without relying on constant direction. * U.S. Market Alignment: Native or near-native English fluency with a deep understanding of U.S. cultural nuances, tone, and active posting windows (U.S. Eastern Time alignment). What Success Looks Like in This Role * Subscriber Growth: A steady, growing flow of new paying subscribers driven through organic channels. * Publishing Consistency: Elena shows up every single day in her true voice across targeted channels according to schedule. * High-Value Conversations: Daily 1-on-1, non-scripted interactions via DMs and comments that foster genuine trust and interest. * Mentor Trial Conversions: Consistent transition of community members from casual interactions to trying the Revenue Identity Mentor. * Data Transparency: Clear monthly reports connecting specific content themes and conversation strategies directly to trials and paid subscriptions. * Inbound Brand Trust: Growing inbound inquiries, DMs, and organic collaboration requests from creators and target market members.
