• Position: Account Executive
• Reporting to: Regional Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage, retain and service a portfolio of commercial clients (incl. related personal lines).
* Build strong client relationships and conduct regular reviews.
* Handle policy amendments, endorsements, renewals and queries.
* Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Generate and convert new business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with FAIS, TCF and regulatory timelines.
* Collaborate with insurers, underwriters, claims teams and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* RE 5
* Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance
* FETC in Short Term Insurance NQF 4
* Class of Business - Personal Lines
* Class of Business Commercial Lines
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 5 years’ commercial insurance experience.
* Minimum 3 years in an Account Executive or similar client-facing broking role.
* Proven track record in new business, retention, and portfolio growth.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial judgment and sound decision-making.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
