Requirements:
* Construction qualification

* Manage labour productivity and site resource allocation.
* Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
* Resolve site-related technical and operational challenges.
* Ensure materials are procured and delivered according to project requirements.
* Coordinate with professional teams including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors.
* Conduct progress meetings and provide regular project reporting.
* Drive construction quality and ensure successful project handover to clients.
* Implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce project delays and cost overruns.
