My client, a prominent player within the mining industry, is seeking a dynamic Group Financial Controller to join their head office team based on the East Rand. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically astute finance professional who enjoys operating at group level and partnering with executive leadership to drive financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the group consolidation and monthly financial reporting process
* Prepare and review annual financial statements in line with IFRS requirements
* Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory reporting obligations
* Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the group
* Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting efficiencies
Job Experience & Skills Required:
* BCom Accounting
* CIMA
* 3-6 years experience
