* 2- 3 years' experience in industrial automation
* Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Omron, or similar)
* Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience
* Exposure to SCADA and HMI systems
* Knowledge of VSDs, motors, sensors, instrumentation, and control panels
* Experience commissioning and maintaining automated equipment
* Understanding of industrial communication networks
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, automotive, mining, or process industries advantageous
Education
* National Diploma (N.Dip) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
* Relevant PLC, SCADA, or Automation certifications advantageous
