The Opportunity
In this role, you'll engage directly with mining and mineral processing clients, assessing technical requirements, developing process solutions, compiling competitive tenders, and providing technical leadership through project handover and commissioning.
This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the satisfaction of seeing projects progress from concept through to successful implementation.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Evaluating client enquiries and determining technical feasibility
* Developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
* Performing process calculations and equipment sizing
* Preparing technical proposals and commercial tenders
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Managing technical clarifications, design revisions, and negotiations
* Supporting commissioning activities and troubleshooting plant performance challenges
* Facilitating seamless project handovers to execution teams
