Management - General Management Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary * Lead the engineering design and layout of solar PV systems using industry-standard software. * Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses. * Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for project proposals. * Oversee procurement, bills of materials, and cost estimation. * Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements. * Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget. Requirements * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline. * 3–5 years’ experience in solar PV project engineering. * Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, grid integration, and renewable energy technologies. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
