Minimum Requirements
* Matric / Grade 12
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Min 7 years in software development and engineering leadership, driving the successful delivery of complex enterprise-scale solutions and initiatives.
* Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern engineering practices.
* Hands-on experience across backend and frontend technologies.
* Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and modern development frameworks.
* Tech Stack: C#, JavaScript, SQL, Python, Go | Angular, React, .NET/.NET Core | Azure, AWS | Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL | Kafka | Entity Framework & Hibernate
