Minimum Requirements
* Matric & Electrical Diploma/Degree
* 5+ Years’ QS estimating experience within a construction environment
* Proficient on MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
* Understand contract documents such as JBCC, NEC, MBA
* Tender for new projects
* Understand/read electrical drawings & draw up list of quantities
* Identify the extra work needed to be done on projects & claim extra costs from the Client
* Estimations & budgets for the project
* Advance claims on respective projects
* Liaise with Clients, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Project Managers & Foreman
* Negotiate for the best prices
