Job Description * Lead business process improvement and transformation initiatives * Conduct As-Is and To-Be process analysis, process mapping, and operating model design. * Develop business cases, quantify ROI, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies. * Engage with senior stakeholders to define, prioritise, and deliver process enhancement projects. * Drive change management activities to support successful implementation * Design and monitor process performance metrics, analytics, and reporting frameworks. * Support process automation initiatives using BPM and RPA methodologies. * Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements. Minimum Requirements * Matric / Grade 12 * Relevant Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar. * Min 7 years' experience in Business Process Management (BPM), process improvement, or transformation, coupled with at least 3 years of leadership/management experience. * Strong experience in process mapping, business analysis, change management, and operational excellence. * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, RPA, and process automation methodologies. iLaunch (Pty) Ltd Recruiter
