Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Gauteng FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Manage the commercial and financial aspects of tenders, bids and customer proposals. * Lead and support customer and contract negotiations from a commercial perspective. * Analyse costing, margins, profitability and pricing to support commercially sound decisions. * Work extensively with BOMs and product/project costing. * Analyse and manage P&L performance, identifying risks and opportunities. * Review contractual terms and evaluate their financial and commercial implications. * Partner with finance, sales, operations and other key stakeholders. * Provide commercial analysis and recommendations to senior management. * Identify opportunities to improve margins, profitability and commercial performance. Job Experience and Skills Required * BCom degree or relevant higher qualification. * Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial role. * Strong combination of finance and commercial experience. * Proven exposure to tender management. * Strong customer-facing and contract negotiation experience. * Solid understanding of costing and BOMs. * Strong P&L management and profitability analysis experience. * Experience within mining, engineering or construction. * Commercially minded with strong analytical and negotiation capabilities. * Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
