The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting quality and product excellence initiatives. Requirements: * National Diploma in Chemistry or Civil Engineering. * Advanced Concrete Technology (ACT) Diploma or similar qualification. * Minimum 5 years’ experience within construction processes, including: + Concrete production + Concrete mix design + Mortars and plasters + Quality control + Construction materials applications * Strong technical knowledge of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and concrete technologies. * Experience with material applications and quality control standards. * Knowledge of SANS specifications relating to aggregates, cement, and concrete. * Strong customer relationship management skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, and technical report-writing abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
