Premium Ad Management - Other Management Germiston FULL TIME Job Summary We are looking for a commercially driven Product Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of cleaning chemicals, equipment and paper products. The successful candidate will be responsible for product sourcing, supplier management, pricing, product launches, sales support and overall portfolio profitability. Key Requirements * Grade 12; relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field advantageous. * 3–5 years’ experience in a similar Product Management or Category Management role. * Experience specifically within cleaning chemicals, cleaning equipment and/or paper products. * Strong sales and relationship management experience. * Experience in supplier negotiations and contract management. * Knowledge of product verification, certification and regulatory compliance. * Experience with product launches, market positioning and go-to-market strategies. * Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, profitability and ROI. * Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills. * Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel. Key Responsibilities * Manage and develop the product portfolio to maximise sales and profitability. * Source new products and manage supplier relationships and negotiations. * Develop pricing strategies and maintain appropriate margins. * Identify market opportunities, threats and trends. * Drive successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives. * Build relationships with key customers and support the sales team. * Provide product training to sales teams and customers. * Conduct product profitability and ROI analysis. * Work closely with Supply Chain to resolve product availability and logistics issues. * Support marketing campaigns, promotions and industry events. * Monitor product performance and recommend product additions or rationalisation.
