Premium Ad Management - Other Management Durban FULL TIME Job Summary A well-established glass manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities: * Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met. * Manage and coordinate production staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring. * Implement and maintain health and safety standards on the production floor. * Monitor production costs and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and waste reduction. * Collaborate with procurement, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. * Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports for senior management. Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production management or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and health & safety regulations. * Excellent organizational and communication abilities. * Relevant diploma or degree in Production/Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (advantageous).
