The Performance Marketing Assistant will support the delivery and optimisation of email and digital marketing campaigns across the organisation's products and events. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality campaign execution, monitoring performance, analysing results, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and campaign outcomes. The role will work closely with the wider marketing team to support email marketing, paid digital campaigns, visitor acquisition, member acquisition, and sponsor/exhibitor campaigns. Key Responsibilities Email & Digital Marketing * Assist with the development and implementation of email marketing strategies. * Manage the day-to-day delivery of email campaigns, including newsletters, membership campaigns, sponsor and exhibitor communications, and visitor/delegate acquisition campaigns. * Maintain and implement the email marketing roadmap across multiple campaigns. * Create, update and refine campaign assets and email templates. * Ensure marketing priorities are effectively supported and amplified through email and wider digital marketing activity. Campaign Performance & Reporting * Monitor, track and report on campaign performance, KPIs and supporting metrics. * Develop and share clear reports on campaign results and the impact of technical or content changes. * Identify opportunities to improve performance across email and paid digital channels. * Assist with testing and optimisation initiatives for email and digital marketing campaigns. * Make recommendations based on campaign results, industry trends and performance data. Paid Digital Marketing * Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and launch paid search campaigns. * Support the development of relevant content to maximise campaign impact. * Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve the performance of digital marketing channels.
