Premium Ad Sales/Marketing - Marketing Cape Town FULL TIME Job Summary A leading European provider of natural and premium pet nutrition who is seeking to open up an office in Cape Town is seeking a Digital Manager who will own the trade website brand, lead SEO and CRO strategies, and oversee landing page builds across all sites. Responsibilities: * Trade Website & Strategy: Own the trade trading calendar, drive B2B acquisition strategy, coordinate trade messaging with PR/Comms, and optimize performance. * SEO Management: Develop all-site SEO strategies, commission annual technical audits, oversee keyword optimization, leverage AI for scalable content production, and report on rankings and traffic. * CRO & Testing: Build and prioritize a revenue-driven testing roadmap, coordinate CRO experiments with developers, and track commercial impact. * Landing Pages: Build, deploy, and optimize landing pages based on briefs from Brand and Performance Marketing; coordinate asset delivery and launch timelines. * Change Request Ownership: Manage the central request process according to SLAs (e.g., same-day urgent fixes, 3-day landing pages, 5-day product updates). Prioritize tasks by revenue impact with the Head of Commercial. * Developer & Site Management: Coordinate internal/external developer resources, schedule project workloads, and monitor site health (Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and technical stability). * Team Leadership: Line manage, train, and delegate routine SEO tasks to the Junior Digital Executive. * AI Integration + Leverage AI tools daily for SEO content generation, keyword research, technical analysis, data analytics, and CRO prioritization. Minimum Requirements: * Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing, SEO, CRO, or website management (E-commerce/D2C preferred). * Technical Skills: Advanced SEO/technical SEO, CRO methodology, basic HTML/CSS, and proficiency in GA4, Semrush, and testing tools. * AI Expertise: Demonstrable hands-on experience using AI tools daily in workflow execution. * Soft Skills: Data-driven mindset, strong project management, SLA delivery, and cross-functional leadership. * Education: Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
