Your work will include: • Writing and editing content such as thought leadership articles, video, podcast and event scripts, press releases, blog posts, newsletters, sales proposals (including brochures, manuals and more), marketing collateral, website copy and social media content. • Helping to develop and execute communication and social media strategies across different audiences and platforms. • Proofreading and quality-checking content to ensure that every piece of communication is accurate, polished and brand-aligned. • Managing and updating websites, portals and online content, including working with developers and suppliers when new digital platforms or website updates are required. • Finding newsworthy stories inside the business, interviewing entrepreneurs, gathering information, sourcing images and writing stories that bring impact to life. • Supporting events, launches and expos by capturing stories, photographs and video content where required. • Managing the organisation's central information email inbox, responding to and directing enquiries from entrepreneurs, stakeholders and prospective clients, monitoring campaign responses, newsletter enquiries and lead-generation communications, and ensuring timely, professional follow-up…
