Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Pretoria East FULL TIME Job Summary Job Description: * Lead and manage the full finance function across multiple entities within the group * Design, implement, and continuously improve financial controls, governance frameworks, and internal processes * Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning cycles * Prepare and present monthly management accounts, delivering insightful analysis of financial and operational performance * Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting * Prepare annual financial statements and manage all aspects of the external audit process * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, and statutory reporting requirements * Manage all tax-related matters, including VAT, PAYE, income tax, and regulatory submissions * Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities * Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support effective financial management and business sustainability * Provide strategic financial guidance and commercial recommendations to support business objectives and growth initiatives * Build and maintain strong relationships with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders * Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture * Drive process improvement, systems enhancement, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability Skills & Experience: * Minimum 2 years' experience in a Financial Manager capacity * Experience within a group structure, SME environment, or multi-entity business would be highly advantageous * Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and internal controls * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse, interpret, and present complex financial information * Experience working with ERP and accounting systems such as Sage Intacct or similar platforms * Exposure to financial statement preparation and drafting software * Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities * Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships * Adaptable and capable of thriving within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environment Qualification:…
