Minimum Requirements: * Red Seal Certification (Wireman’s license advantageous) * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering: BEng / BEngTech / BTech * 3+ years’ experience in solar PV system design, installation, and commissioning * Proficient in solar design software (preferred) * Experience with residential and commercial solar PV systems * Hands-on knowledge of inverters, batteries, and remote monitoring software * Strong grasp of electrical design principles and solar PV components * Skilled in fault finding, troubleshooting, and compliance with local electrical codes * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site assessments Key Responsibilities: * Provide expert technical support for solar system design, installation, and performance * Conduct system commissioning, testing, and remote diagnostics * Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in the field and remotely * Assist in the standardization of technical documentation and best practices * Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure quality and compliance * Stay up to date on the latest solar technologies and regulations Why Apply?
