Job Description:
* Design fire protection systems in line with SANS, ASIB, NFPA and FM standards
* Develop sprinkler, rational fire and smoke ventilation designs
* Apply SANS 10400-T, BS 7974 and relevant international standards
* Carry out ASET/RSET assessments and performance-based fire designs
* Produce drawings and designs using AutoCAD, Revit and FHC Canute
* Work across ECSA Stages 1–6, including tenders, procurement and site inspections
* Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and provide technical support during construction
