This is a permanent position, offering an opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure projects, particularly in the public health sector. Minimum Requirements: * Must be professionally registered with ECSA (Pr.Eng or Pr.Tech) – *this is not negotiable* * Minimum 5 years post-registration experience (Candidate registrations will not be considered) * Proven experience in complex construction environments (experience in government health projects is highly advantageous) * Comfortable working in a collaborative open office environment Technical Competencies: * In-depth knowledge of JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential * Exposure to NEC 3 & 4 contracts will be beneficial * Experience with project-specific cash flow projections (for both construction and PSP fees) is advantageous * Excellent administrative and formal writing skills * High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook * Able to work independently and deliver under strict deadlines Why Join?
