Minimum Requirements ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Eng / B.Sc. Eng) ✔️ Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) ✔️ 10+ years’ experience in engineering consulting or construction supervision ✔️ Strong command of industry codes, contractual frameworks (FIDIC, GCC, NEC, JBCC), and quality systems Key Responsibilities ? Provide expert technical oversight and leadership across design and construction phases ?️ Sign off on engineering designs and drawings as a responsible engineer ? Mentor junior engineers and contribute to staff development and training ? Lead feasibility studies, master planning, and scope development ? Prepare and/or manage designs, reports, specifications, and tender documents ? Represent the business in client engagements and relevant industry bodies ? Ensure adherence to QA systems, HSE regulations, and engineering standards ? Monitor project schedules, budgets, and construction progress ? Drive collaboration with clients, consultants, and construction partners Skills and Expertise ✅ Advanced project management and budgeting skills ✅ Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities ✅ Excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder engagement ✅ Knowledge of local legislation (OHSA, Environmental Regs) ✅ Proficient in MS Office and engineering tools ✅ Technical depth in one or more disciplines through experience or research Why Apply?
