Key Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate testing activities across projects. * Develop and maintain test strategies and test plans. * Plan, estimate and manage testing activities and resources. * Lead functional, integration, regression and system testing. * Review and approve test cases and testing documentation. * Manage defect identification, prioritisation and resolution. * Monitor testing progress, risks and quality metrics. * Coordinate with Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers and stakeholders. * Mentor and provide guidance to QA Testers. * Support and drive test automation initiatives. * Provide testing status reports and communicate quality risks to stakeholders. Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile: Education * Diploma, BSc, BCom or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Testing or a related field will be advantageous. * Relevant software testing certifications such as ISTQB will be advantageous. Experience * 5+ years of software testing experience. * 2+ years of experience in a Test Lead or senior QA role. * Strong experience in test planning and test strategy development. * Experience leading QA/Test teams. * Experience managing defects and testing risks. * Experience working within Agile and/or Scrum environments. * Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
