Engineering - Mechanical Engineering Gauteng FULL TIME Job Summary A growing water and wastewater solutions business is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to take ownership of an assigned market vertical and develop solution-based sales across mining, food and beverage, industrial manufacturing or oil and gas. The role is based in Alberton and requires 40–60% travel to customer, plant and mine sites. Education: - BEng, BTech or National Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Civil or Water Engineering, or equivalent engineering experience. Job Experience & Skills Required: - 5+ years' technical or solution sales experience with industrial capital equipment. - Direct experience in mining, food and beverage, industrial manufacturing or oil and gas. - Proven track record of closing multi-item or plant-level orders. - Ability to interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, drawings and equipment datasheets. - Strong commercial and numerical skills. - Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel 40–60%. - Wastewater treatment, tender or engineering network experience advantageous. - Engineering Council of South Africa registration advantageous.
