The residence comprises a beautifully renovated main house and three guest houses. The property has approximately 12 garden staff, including a Head Gardener, an Estate Manager and two housekeepers. Seasonal staff, including a private chef, are contracted as required.
Transacting on the online cash management system on a daily basis Client interaction to receive instructions and to obtain outstanding information Recording of day to day financial transactions Communication to clients regarding funds received and funds paid Investigating rejected and unpaid payments
Previous experience in a private household, luxury hospitality, butler, estate, lodge, hotel or family assistant environment. Previous experience transporting children would be advantageous. Good cooking and meal-preparation skills. Excellent organisational and household management skills.
Lead and supervise installation teams on-site. Install and oversee aluminium windows, doors, sliding doors, shopfronts, curtain walling and balustrades. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards. Identify and resolve installation issues on-site.
Implementation of good housekeeping practices in the workshop. Management of packhouse equipment spares and maintenance consumable stock levels. Assistance with packhouse-related breakdowns by repairing or assembling parts in the workshop.
Grade 12 with relevant tertiary qualification At least 3 years relevant experience in a similar position with knowledge of general farm administration / finance Sound communication and organisational skills Provide accurate reports re monthly wages & other expenses Support management with variance reports

Renewable energy & energy management: Manage renewable energy projects, energy data, budgets and remote monitoring systems, while identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency and support better operational decisions.
At least 3 years' experience in a similar Aluminium Estimator / Aluminium Costing role. Proven experience within the aluminium, glass, fenestration, manufacturing or construction industry. Good knowledge of aluminium windows, doors and related products.
